Unfortuanately the articles that contained the details of the wage increases and the electricity hike that was in the print version of Granma International were not put on the online version. BUT, I can clarify one thing left unclear in this article regarding the electricity increase.... the increase only goes into effect once the user has past a determined usage level... this is why the President said that it will not affect most people...only those either carlessly wasting energy... or more likely, those using this heavily subsidized electricity for financial gain (ie. cooking pizzas to sell from their window ..etc..)
